「Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise at night. Our room overlooked the roof of a nearby building, where a large air-conditioning unit ran continuously, making it difficult to sleep. The room also had no carpet, and the floor felt dirty and gritty underfoot. Finally, the toiletries provided were insufficient for a two-night stay. We received only one tiny bottle of shampoo and two tiny bottles of conditioner, with no additional toiletries...

「I stayed in the disabled assisted room and it met all of my needs, except for no chair for the table, in case you are not confined to a wheelchair. (I used the patio chair.) One enters the room by entering a code sent to you online which was new to me. I appreciated the white noise machine since it did effectively block traffic noise. Nice view of Lake Superior from room despite the being an along the highway location. One of the automatic shades was not operating well, and I did not know who...
