“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy……
“A laptop was stolen from my room. No one would look at the security cameras and I asked for a reimbursement from the hotel and they declined. I contacted the local police department and filed a report.
Because I booked the hotel room thru EXPEDIA there’s no recourse for me as a customer.
Don’t stay at this hotel and be very careful if you choose to use Expedia.”
