"Pool is great fun for kids. Lack of lifeguards staff in pool area. Gwen at front desk was great. Text communication regarding hotel issues from Brandon manager was welcomed. Rooms are great with fridge, microwave and coffee. Beds comfortable. Very clean."

"Easy check in nice friendly staff. Had an issue with the sink in the bathroom they took a peak swapped it out and boom good to go. Didn’t try the breakfast so not sure about that or the pool but other then that can’t complain one bit 👍👍"

"The hot tub was not warm at all. And I did not like the fact that my son couldn't be in there since he was under the age of 16, even if I was sitting in there with him, the water part does need some areas touched up that are breaking also, we as well as several other children I saw had Some rug type burn looking things on their body from the sides of the lazy river being rough"
