"Excellent staff/service. Good breakfast and clean room and areas. The hotel let us check in early for no additional charge. The area isn’t very walkable, but it’s a very close uber/drive to the beaches and 5th Ave. Great all around experience."

"Beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated fresh new home! However, it was not stocked to walk in and begin cooking…no salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc, plus limited toilet paper and other supplies. Not in a good walkable neighborhood….post office across the street, just off a busy road. That was all okay, but the barking dogs next door were pretty disturbing while trying to enjoy our pool time. However, the backyard was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the pool very much after we requested it be heated as it was very cold the first 2 days. In spite of the issues, we did enjoy our time here and appreciated the four bedrooms and the cleanliness and beauty of this place!"

"We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, shower essentials, kitchen supplies, and extra bedding. The host was very accommodating and kindly let us check in early at 10 AM, which we really appreciated after arriving ahead of schedule.The location was perfect—everything we needed was within about 10 minutes, including the beach, Brooklyn Dough, coffee spots, and shopping. The guest house has its own private access, which made it feel very comfortable and convenient. There were people in the main house, but they were all super friendly and welcoming.The neighborhood is great—safe, quiet, and easy to get around. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!"

"Beautifully remodeled home that served as a base for our spring break adventures. Kids and adults alike loved the pool and lanai area. The kids caught a couple fish in the back yard and enjoyed the bikes. We were happy to see more than 10 beach chairs, a wagon, cooler and beach umbrellas. These extras allowed us to truly enjoy the beaches of Naples. I also appreciated a phone call from the owner when we arrived to make sure everything was okay."
