“I truly cannot say enough great things about this property and its hosts. Our group had such a great time here. The house was in fantastic condition, it was thoughtfully stocked with supplies, and had every amenity one could imagine. The property is beautiful and obviously has more space than we knew what to do with. The hosts were accommodating, responsive, and welcoming from beginning to end.I can confidently say this is one of the best property rental experiences I have ever had. I'm not sure……

“Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice……

“Rocky Point #1 is a beautiful property with amazing lake views from the kitchen, the expansive deck, and the convenient dock. The house was well-equipped with kitchen and meal prep items, extra towels, cleaning supplies, kayaks&pfds, outdoor grill, and indoor games. If you want the best lake views and paddling access, this is the spot. ”
