“The staff is very kind, courteous and always make me feel as an invited guest. As a long term stay property the option to dine out or cook your own meals is a great advantage. The property is clean and amenities such as laundry room or in need of towels or trash bags is a phone call away. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood. ”

“The location is on the highway, which is good and bad. Room is clean, but we have heard the neighbors/ TV. So i think the walls are thin.”

“We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Most of the building looked like it could use a really good vacuuming. When I checked in the guy at the desk talked so fast I had a hard time understanding him. All other staff was VERY nice. The grill broke Sat so we couldn't have the made to order breakfast. Sun we could have eggs and sausage, but no hashbrowns or bacon. ”

“Some of the recent reviews about dirty rooms, cold showers and pool issues had me concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and the a/c worked well without being obnoxiously loud like some places I’ve stayed. The shower water was plenty warm and stayed that way for everyone’s shower. The pool doesn’t have the slide any longer, but I had read that on another review and expected as much. The temp of the pool was fine and my kids enjoyed it. I was bummed that the hot tub was……

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”
