“Some of the recent reviews about dirty rooms, cold showers and pool issues had me concerned, but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and the a/c worked well without being obnoxiously loud like some places I’ve stayed. The shower water was plenty warm and stayed that way for everyone’s shower. The pool doesn’t have the slide any longer, but I had read that on another review and expected as much. The temp of the pool was fine and my kids enjoyed it. I was bummed that the hot tub was……

“Overall, happy with this stay. Nice breakfast selections. Room very clean. Some minor dings on the walls in hallway. Big negative was at checkin. He gave me the feeling he was inconvenienced to check me in.”

“This was a very clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the breakfast food that seemed like it had been in the food warmer a bit too long. And breakfast potatoes tastes freezer-burned. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would come again!”

“They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.”
