“我住的是複式三房套，地方很大，泳池乾淨而且很大，周圍亦乾淨，影相很美麗，但是每天清潔房間都沒有補充梳洗沐浴用品，每房只得一支牙刷，一支沐浴露，其他都沒有，第二天用完得一間房有補結，其他兩間房都沒有，早餐沒有什麼選擇，而且不好吃”
