"While the property was clean & close to restaurants nearby, the property did not place the correct number of towels, etc in the room. Also, it lacked a mirror in the room. It was difficult for 3 women to share the small bathroom mirror for the 3 of us. This was inconvenient. "

"The road noise is so loud here, don't plan on sleeping. Our bed was absolutely horrible. You could feel the springs in it it was so broken down. $30 per person for breakfast in the restaurant for a continental breakfast with the same selections and quality that you get elsewhere for free. Definitely will not stay here again. The staff, however, was very friendly and attentive."

"Beautiful building and great atmosphere, the staff, from the front desk to the valet were very nice, the restaurant/bar had great atmosphere and good food and service. So why just 4 stars? Well, it doesn’t have amenities, but that I knew, what I didn’t know is the poor outside insulation… you hear the street noise all night long and to top that, there was an event that was horrible till about 11 pm… While I liked a lot of things I will not return."

"Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking."

"Upon driving up to property. I normally drive around to see any other entrances to get into the hotel because the front parking is packed. Only one entrance at this location. This is my second stay with this hotel but different location. Property doesn’t have balconies which is a plus. Nice that the property had us sign a form detailing our car if anything did happen. The Folsom location didn’t offer that. This hotel seemed popular, seen many people here. Entering the room it was outdated but wasn’t bothering me. Kitchen wasn’t filled with all amenities needed as the Folsom location. The bathroom sink was leaking. If putting toilet paper in toilet it won’t properly flush so had to throw in garbage instead. Lighting was very minimal. And if a room states 5 can be occupied but only have 2 chairs? That’s not fair. Vents were dusty as well as the pictures and bed frame. Found a suspicious candy stuck on the wall. The shower tub floor made noise while stepping on it. The shower head was not clean the shower caddy holding the liquid was not clean. It doesn’t make sense that the hand soap dispenser is right above the electrical outlet. The worst part is the bed! Hard, made noise and uncomfortable. Will not be making a reservation here again."
