「This is my first time to Bulgaria. I choose this hotel after finished my job for business trip. It was an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel situated at main attractions shopping street with variety of restaurant. Good hotel staff service. Simple Breakfast with good coffee and orange juices. I can do and buy everything here convinient as a tourist. 」

「I love this hotel and we always really enjoy staying in it. The staff are wonderful - friendly, polite, helpful. Rado in particular was super nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities as well. The only drawback I’d say is the pool - it’s not very clean and the jets inside it don’t work. The rest of the spa is ok. I think this is an easy fix though so I’d recommend they fix these issues. Other than that, it’s always perfect. 」

「Absolutely stunning hotel, thanks so much to Michelle & the staff at reception who made our stay very memorable. City Centre is a 15-20 minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk that we decided to do every day. Lavov Most metro is nearby and is only 1 stop to Serdika station in the city centre if you prefer this option. When we come back to Sofia we will stay at this hotel again. One of the best I have stayed in. Rooms are so comfortable and clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」
