"This resort was very impressive to stay at we stay for a total of five days and we had actually gotten a pretty good deal since they had just switched management and rebranded the resort. They have several restaurants, including a steakhouse ceviche restaurant pool service where you can order burgers, wings, Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant and they even have a small café. Everything we had was delicious there. I was pleasantly surprised by the food. during our stay, they actually included black label under the all-inclusive package, which was really nice. Since that is a premium drink. They had a taco stand by the pool. All the servers were very nice very welcoming and very courteous. My mom even got a little sick on the trip and they stated that they could send a doctor to the room for $300 which I think is good considering that they have that service so it tells you they care about the people staying at the resort. The room was very spotless. I am a huge fan of espresso and they had Nespresso pods in the room room service filled the fridge with beer and soda and chips and Oreos, which are my favorite so I was happy about that and room service comes pretty quickly. I noticed on a few days that housekeeping came twice and then one day. I think we missed them so if you just called to the lobby, they’ll just send them to your room, but overall everything was very clean. Food was delicious. Amazing service. "

"Absolutely loved the floorplan. We got the last time we visited in December. The room was awesome. It had a hot tub off the bathroom outside on the patio that you could walk directly back through as well as the other patio door. They have a very lovely rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant plenty of chairs and seating. Perfect if you want to be right in the middle of all the excitement.."

"I've stayed at many places in Playa, the Antera is #1 by far. Convenient location, very clean, modern apperance, fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, great bed with decent pillows, truly felt like a step above the rest."

"There wasn’t anything that I didn’t love about this Hotel! After I reserved my stay I realized that the night clubs were just around the corner on 12th and thought it would be loud at night, but you could not hear them at all!! All the people that work there are super friendly and helpful! Alfredo greats you with a big smile and makes sure your stay is the best it can be! The water pressure is very strong and the water is hot! The rooms are beautiful with an amazing deck with table and 3 chairs and a hammock! This will be my go-to hotel when I go to Playa. It’s so close to amazing restaurants and pubs with live music. It’s right on the beach with beach chairs! This place is a gem! "
