不滿：職員與服務和住宿狀況
Air conditioner dumped condensation on my head/ pillow in the middle of the night and front desk said it was my fault for turning air down and did nothing about my bed being soaking wet at 1 am. No where else to sleep but the tile floor! Finally shift changed and the we called again new front desk clerk gave us a different room for the night until ours was fixed.
Then my husband was walking across the park and a police officer told him he was under arrest for having a beer in his hand( it was not open) but proceeded to empty my husband s pockets and took all his money and then asked him if he was enjoying the beach? He didn’t know what to do so he just walked away, no money for the pizza he was on his way to get though!! But thankfully he wasn’t really under arrest, scary stuff!!
