"The bathroom smells like cigarettes every single day. The room is much tighter and smaller than the photos show. There is very little space for luggage or moving around."

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"The staff were very helpful and have a lovely smile every day. The room was ok, it was very small and even though I am short, it was very uncomfortable when taking a shower as it had a column that I kept bashing my head into. Location is great, walking distance to other areas of the city, train station and metro stations."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and transport. The room was not very big (just enough for a couple with 2 big luggages) but very comfortable, clean, and my spouse and I could relax properly. What stood out most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They served very good breakfast too. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again!"
