"Rooms are very basic and a bit tight for twin beds. Missed having an electrical outlet in the bathroom, needed to use my waterpik. Liked having the buffet breakfast however could not eat it every morning as it was not totally my taste. Location was fantastic and close to subway."

"Everything about our stay was great except for the shower. It would randomly change temperature dramatically while you were showering and would not change back until 3-4 minutes has passed. Other than that, the staff was very accommodating, it was very clean and much more extravagant than I was expecting!"

"If you're looking to be right in the middle of the action, the location is perfect. Under a covered shopping area and minutes from Dotonbori with a convenient Lawsons next door. They have a strict no early checkin policy, so plan to wait if you arrive earlier than 3pm. I'm sure at one point the rooms were immaculate and this was a beautiful establishment - but the age is starting to show. Our room was dingy - from the old stains on the carpet to the fading of the mirror in the bathroom. But the staff was nice and it's very convenient to Namba train station - so you balance out what's most important to you. "

"Clean room, bins and essentials redone everyday, easy check in and check out, quiet area, very convenient location, 10 minutes walk from closest train station, 7Eleven just around the corner, help yourself to any essentials you may need. "The location is excellent. Dontonbori is just just around the corner 5min walk, aeon food supermarket is 1minn walk. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Breakfast was great. Rooftop onsen is a beautiful place after a busy visit during the day. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing that may not be perfect is laundry, which costs 1700yen to wash and dry. However, at least they have the facilities "

"Room was nice, spacious, and clean. The view was great. We came back to the room one night to a surprise slice of cake and a hand written card for my boyfriend's birthday, even though his birthday wasn't til 2 weeks later. That was very nice of the staff to go the extra mile to make our stay feel even more special."

"Overall a great stay. Besides the lobby smelling like cigarettes I’m sure it could be a smoking optional hotel. The lobby is completely self check in and self checkout. The breakfast buffet was great, huge selection of food and drinks. Would highly recommend booking the breakfast when staying totally worth it! Location was convenient for transportation and tourist attractions! Good price."

"Very spacious room, especially the bathroom which surprisingly had a separate bathtub and sink/vanity instead of the common combined "unit bath". Modern and stylish interior. Great location right next to a shopping complex and a short walk to Namba station but also quiet at night. Many unique small restaurants under the train tracks. Great takoyaki place and coffee shop nearby. Would stay again!"
