"The cabin is cute, but the property beside it looks down on the cabin so not much privacy or a view. There's no dishwasher, oven, or even a hair dryer here. When it rains the water turns rusty, thus is not drinkable and they don't leave bottled water for you or offer to help with that so that limits showers, toilets turned rusty, couldn't make coffee etc. The property was a little overgrown when we arrived as well. But a person came while we were there and cut the grass."

"The hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. The staff is welcoming, helpful and yet the atmosphere is not formal or stuffy. We used self parking and the lot was extremely convenient. The bellman was extremely kind and efficient. I so wish I could recall his name, but he mentioned that he has been at the Jefferson for 10 years. We ate in the restaurant Lemaire 2 nights. Obviously. It is very good. Thank you Jefferson Hotel for providing us with an exceptional experience."

Omni Charlottesville Hotel

"Omni is fantastic. Its iconic bar, the best place to spend time--and that arboretum is real. The staff is helpful and the hotel is super clean. Would certainly visit and stay at the Omni. And the mall is a step out of the hotel from the bar side. Access to many coffee shops. Walkable and nice."
