“Front Desk staff was not helpful and were uninterested in helping or answering questions. Most interested in their phones. The AC was not cooling well and appeared to be somewhat dirty. I sent a message to the property. When I didn't receive a response on online I went to front desk and asked for help. The lady said she would send a request for maintenance. Two days later I received an e-mail saying I needed to call myself and request repair. My experience was there was no real interest……

“Convenient 30 min from airport; 60 min from Cebu. Good for 1-2 night stay. Clean, spacious, WiFi, mini fridge, kitchenette. Great grab/uber eats available. Drawbacks no hot water in shower, neglected pool maintenance, no beach access. But great for 1-2 night of transiting. Local manager helpful ”

“We could not see the pool from our apartment but it was pretty and very nice when we visited it. The building was not beachfront, you could see water in the distance but definitely had to drive to wherever the beach was so we never got to enjoy it. Rokm was clean besides an ant problem which was promptly taken care of. Hosts were great! Very friendly, prompt to answer, and even dropped us at the nearby mall when we checked in.”

“Nice unit, clean and comfortable. Very nice to have a microwave when many units have only a refrigerator and hot plate. Only complaint (and I know the unit owner doesn’t have control over this) but it would be the elevators. Stayed at a unit in the past at Horizons 101 in the other tower and the elevators at that time were efficient this time however it seemed to take forever and smelled a bit at times. “We had awesome stay very responsive host that I really appreciated, beautiful beach which is walkable from the unit. My son enjoyed the pool. Grocery store around the area so as fast food. We travel a lot to the city during our stay Tops, Anjo World, SM seaside,Safari,Ocean park and more we pay so much to our commute back and forth for like 1000 pesos depending on traffic so if you want beaches and quiet places this is the place for you to stay. ”
