This is going to sound mostly negative but I really was pleased with the stay overall. I walked in to an 80 degree room that continued to blow warm air even with the AC turned on at the wall unit, so had to turn it off entirely and have the window open all night. So the heat works really well! A/C might have been turned off for the season? Not sure. The bed was really firm...there were no cooking utensils, no pots or pans to utilize the cook top, no mugs or even paper hot cups to utilize the coffee supplies and coffee pot provided, empty cupboards entirely, no plastic cups for drinking water, couldn't get hot water at the kitchen or bathroom sinks but the shower was nice and hot. The microwave didn't work when I got in late and tried to warm up my dinner leftovers. It didn't seem like the floors had been mopped as there was a substance dried on the floors in both the bathroom and main room. There was also unopened food left in the fridge from previous tenant. It honestly was a decent little spot to stay if you are willing to addapt to the little things. For how old the building is, the exterior looked acceptable and the upgrades were nice and it was a quiet place. Safe parking too and the staff I encountered were genuine and thoughtful. Bedding was clean and YES, I would stay here again.

Everything was great.. the staff is always very kind and helpful!! The only problem happened on our last trip, I called and spoke with Erik one of the managers on our morning b4 checkout time around 9:30 asked for a late check-out.. he accomodated kindly until noon. Then we didnt get our $50 deposit back 😒 😤 I seriously couldn't afford that!! I will be going over to soeak with them at the property again about that charge too!! Thanks Tina Ludwig

The room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Fridge was cold. There was a microwave and coffee maker. Check in was super easy and the attendant was very friendly. It was her birthday and she was still working with a smile. Only improvement I could see was that the door was kinda jacked on my room and it was freezing when I got in. No complaints for a great value.

The building and the room was clean,fluffy and absorbenant towels were provided but the bathroom sink had a big crack in it and the drain was clogged, it took several minutes for it to drain after only brushing my teeth. kitchenette but no preparation space whatsoever and only one very small trash can so anyone staying more than one day will need daily room service. If I could, I would give this facility a 2.5 overall rating for several other reasons as well: I made my reservation in advance and the front desk was aware, they had a stack of card Keys ready to be distributed, however the room was absolutely freezing. I stayed there during winter weather so it's expected to be cold but you would think that they would at least turn the heat on. The floors were bare except one small rug that only covered the area by the door and when I asked I was told only rooms on the first floor were available, so another reason for them to make sure that the rooms that were going to be occupied were warm. There was a wide enough space in the door jamb to see light from outside so I stuffed several Kleenex to stop the cold air coming through, the bed was right next to the front door and only a sheet and a very thin blanket were provided. An additional blanket would have helped. I arrived the room was 61°, I turned the heat on and it took over 2 hours for the room to get warm. Except for the area near the door the room stayed at a comfortable temperature during the night.

Welcomed by friendly staff, clean beautful room, excellent bathroom with hot water and space, comfortable bed and pillows, nice kitchen with sink and a midsized refrigerator, quiet safe neighborhood close to all food and the centralia outlet stores.
