「The room was nice and large with plenty of light and a nice chair to sit and read or watch TV. The common area and game area were a nice touch, and I loved being able to grab an apple for an afternoon snack when I came in after hours of sightseeing. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything. The staff was very nice and accommodating.」

I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. Besides the hotel provides some “little surprise” e.g. welcoming letter and candies, tasty chocolate, hydrating water jar and refreshing music list. The staffs are nice and polite to communicate. 「Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. 「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...
