「This hotel was very nice. The area was prime and there were really nice markets as well as restaurants in walking distance. Derek (our butler) as well as the other staff we came in contact with were great and very accommodating. They made sure we were safe and had someone with us when we walked or went to the night market. They even walked us to restaurants at night. Poolside and the lobby areas were very comfortable. My only gripes are that the street traffic/noise was really loud so take ear...

「there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.」

「The staff was courteous and professional. My room was cleaned daily by the very sweet Paulina who didn't hesitate in accommodating me.However,there was one incident I experience in the cafe on 2/13 around 3 pm. The young lady served me, took it unpon her self to keep my 30 cedis. It was an incident that you don't know- what just happen. I like The Roots and I would stat again. 」

「Overall, the check-in process was cumbersome, given that we had to go into the lobby, take an elevator down to the garage, go to another building, then up to the unit we booked. The check-in attendant was not forthcoming about their knowledge of the presence of cockroaches at Chateau Towers. There wasn't an iron readily available in the unit and we were in a hurry to make it to an evening obligation-- this caused a delay. This was a very inconvenient experience.」

「I wasn't able to get a shuttle from the airport. My initial booking was confirmed and I responded with the itinerary, but I didn't get a reply until 5 minutes before I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by this, seeing that I responded 3 days before my arrival. In fairness I had sent the hotel itinerary by mistake, but if someone had replied in a timely manner this would've been resolved before I had to pay my own way from the airport to the hotel. Lisäksi jääkaappi hyvä lisä. Suihku toimi. Henkilökunta hyvin avulias, mutta kaikki eivät ymmärtäneet pyyntöjä, esim. aamiaisesta. Muuten apua sai. Kahden hengen huoneessa on yleensä pyyhe vain yhdelle ja toista sai odottaa aamuun asti. Lähistöllä bussiasema ja lähetystöjä. Ruokapaikkoja runsaasti. 」
