“Property was clean and well kept. Property was on a highway and the front door is literally 50 feet from that highway resulting in a good bit of traffic noise. The driveway entrance was pitted and uneven and raised concerns about damaging my car as I entered and exited the property. Coffee maker did not work.”

“This property is perfect for young families with children because the church house is a large open space with games to entertain the children. It’s on a quiet road & easy to find. The bathroom is large enough to accommodate a cast iron tub that looks inviting to soak yourself & a shower…The facility has several forms of heat & a heat pump to provide AC. Heat pump’s are very quiet. There are two private bedrooms for couples & two bedrooms in the open area ideal for mom/dad & 3 children. The……

“What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College.……

“This host and home were outstanding! The house was lovely, well-kept and sparkling clean. Shannon was welcoming and helped me take my things into the house. I could smell the fresh baked bread she greeted us with. She was very prompt to answer my questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and the people were friendly. I hope that the house is available again when my family is in the area.”

“We stayed at this charming home over a football weekend. We arrived, late on a Friday after a 7-hour drive, to a home that had just the right number of lights on to feel welcoming. We were 5 adults and the house definitely would have been comfortable even if we had a few more people with us. The care that was evident in the home decor made this better than the average rental. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were upgraded. We only slept and showered at the house and the bedrooms and……
