Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. 「The room was clean. There was no staff on duty. Anything you needed, you had to go across a very busy street to get to because they didn't have enough staff to keep the office open. Their sister hotel was across the street (Howard Johnson) and they handled everything from check in/out, to additional supplies, to breakfast. I've never seen this before!
