住宿環境乾淨、明亮、舒適、隔音也好，烤箱、微波爐、電爐、咖啡機一應俱全，廚房、客廳、餐廳寬敞舒適，讓你有在家方便舒適的感覺。餐區與住房分開，既有隱私又方便。
住宿樓下有有機食品店，商品多樣，附近也有許多餐廳，馬路對面鬥牛場樓下有pingo doce超市，還有不錯的美食街。
地鐵站幾步路就到，尤其公車更是方便，就在樓下，都有直達車到貝倫區、老城區...各景點。如果自駕更可以把車停鬥牛場，收費便宜，一天才9.9歐元。（我們在porto一天17.5歐元）

“Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. ”

“職員非常專業＆友善。有問題反應後能得到及時迅速處理，在整個歐洲來說都是非常快和有效的處理，有驚喜。連住幾晚，房內的那1支免費飲用水用了之後，雖不是每天但幾乎有補。第一天入住出門後回房，意外收到酒店安排贈送的葡撻和vip信，意外驚喜！好吃，很喜歡。2個女生，房間內可以正面看到晚上的燈光表演，非常喜歡＆滿足，在房間內看了幾晚，拍了影片和照片分享給親友，大家都很喜歡。房間使用的沐浴和洗頭水等都是葡國本地算是有名的牌子，剛好可以試用，很滿意。大力推薦給所有人。位置也方便，地鐵2個出口在一前一後，走路不遠。”

"We rented one double room and one triple room and paid extra for the triple room. When we checked in, the front desk mixed up the 2 rooms and gave us the wrong keys. This was not important and we filed it in the front desk again. But when we entered the room, we found that both rooms were only suitable for 2 persons to stay. When we went to the front desk again, the staff’s attitude was rude and said they simply didn’t have a triple room While we were heated up, he said they could add a sofa-bed in one of the room, but the attitude was still unacceptable."
