"Super friendly staff. Lovely food in the restaurant and great cocktails in both bars. We stayed in a suite which was wonderful with a really powerful shower. Top notch."

"Perfect location close to bus stops and shopping. Description says it is 6 minute walk to the Alhambra. It is more like a 40 minute walk( if you are fit; longer if you are not as it is largely uphill). It is 6 minutes to the bus stop and another 15 minutes on the bus. Then a 15 minute walk if you have Palace reservations. Only complaint about this hotel is the disappointing and difficult-to-use hair dryer. It requires you to hold the button continuously and then you have to stop to change from heat to cool setting. So styling your hair takes much longer than necessary. Is also difficult if you have any sort of grip issues with your hands. I stay in hotels all over Europe and this is a cheap choice of hair dryer for a hotel in this star category. "

"This hotel was great value for money at this time of year (February). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated very conveniently for visiting the main Granada attractions with the Cathedral and Alhambra within easy walking distance (though note that the walk to the Alhambra is mostly uphill). We really enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant at the end of the day. One side faces the Alhambra, the other side faces the Cathedral and sunset. The ground floor bar was also a nice quiet spot to grab a drink in the evening. Two items they could improve on are the breakfast buffet and the fitness center. The warm/hot items of the breakfast buffet were too cold and not well cooked. We thought it was significantly overpriced for the quality of the offerings at 15€ per person. "

"The hotel room was modern with a large nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was extensive and breakfast staff friendly. However our room was not at all what was pictured on the website. It was dark with the walls painted a muddy gray and there was only a small window facing a stairwell wall. However the biggest negative of the hotel was that the air conditioning system was turned off, so our room temperature ranged from 25-38 degrees with no means to cool it other than opening the window to the noisy stairwell"

"The location was perfect, close to Plaza Nueva from where buses to most areas were available. Good restaurants around and great area to just walk around. The hotel itself was beautiful. It was apparently an old palace that was redone around 25 years ago. Still has some original columns, water fountains etc. the hotel/room was spicy and span. Very good staff and great breakfast. There was parking which was extremely helpful, as we drove in Andulicia. Overall a great place to stay in Granada ! "
