This house was truly amazing! The hosts provided so many things, and it really made us feel at home. I’ve never been to a Vrbo that really thought of every single thing! They left treats for our puppy and wine for us as a welcome gift!The house has a great backyard, and is truly dog friendly. Everything is fully fenced and we didn’t see any open spots or issues! The doggy door was such a help, even though it took our girl a little time to use it!The town of Madrid is so cute. We spent a full day exploring Madrid and Cerrillos. Highly recommend! If you’re considering the Santa Fe/Albuquerque area, choose the Copper Penny House!

I have nothing but good things to say about this home & the owners. It’s a beautiful house in an incredible little town. My dogs loved the big yard. I really appreciate the warm welcome— especially for my dogs. They were really excited. The bed is really comfy & there weren’t insane rules about pets on the furniture— just use the covers provided and be respectful. The view is really nice & I was only a thirty minute drive from Santa Fe. Tavern and coffee spot were delicious. I am a young woman traveling with just my two dogs and I felt really safe. Thanks so much!

This was a great place to stay. We are very familiar with Madrid and this was our first overnight+ in Madrid. We appreciated all the little touches and truly pet friendly accommodations. The place is super clean and has everything you’d need. They put a lot of time and care into making sure you have a great stay. There was a bottle of wine waiting and a toy, a bone, and some treats for my pup. Hugec, awesome fenced in yard is a huge plus. Go visit!

This sweet home has everything for you to just come and relax. The artwork on the wall is very cool and is such a nice touch. Our Ava (miniature dachshund) enjoyed all the treats and comfy accommodations, too. We will definitely be back.
