"Very dirty place i know is an affordable place but the lack of hygiene was insane towels and bathrooms were full of Pubic hair and stains. I went to request for new towels they said the towel storage room is closed and that you get for what you paid for . Very disgusting attitude and place."

"Property was run down. Toilet was not secured to the floor. Room smelled like wet dog. Many weekly rent customers. When leaving the next morning, waited until daybreak because I was concerned about getting robbed. Would not recommend to travelers. "

"Breakfast selection very limited and room had mold under the desk"

"The room was dirty when we checked in around 10pm i called the desk around 10:15pm and nobody even picked up. Since we had an early game the next day, had to be at the field at 7am we had no choice but to stay in the dirty room. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am but they actually don’t start until 7:35am. Staff is unfriendly. Never coming back to this place again."

"There is a lot of people living full time there and the level of maintenance shows it. Room was severely outdated. The non-smoking room was anything but. Couldn’t stay the night but since it was not refundable we could not get the money back."

"What an awesome stay!! Was looking for a quiet, easy weekend to meet up with old friends, and this was perfect!! We all enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of room, a great kitchen to cook and eat in together, just had a blast. Matt was clear on instructions, and good with communication. We hope to come back again!! Thanks, Matt and VBRO!!"
