“Our room was very hot. We realise there is a heatwave, but the windows wouldn’t open much to bring in any additional air. The bedding was not clean, hairs on the linen. The shower was blocked and would overflow from the shower tray. I had to stop the shower 4 times to give it time to drain, and had to declog the shower of hair from the previous guests. The bathroom floor was sticky, the hooks had broken off and so there wasn’t really anywhere to hang a towel as they hung on the floor on the……

“非常惊喜的体验！成为了这两周多旅行单价最便宜的酒店，非常划算，而且能够在伦敦住到这样干净整洁的地方是很难得的，特别是我们预订的时候已经是旅行的前两天，真的很惊喜。首先最需要表扬的是，酒店的位置特别好，首先是处于伦敦的西北的二区，观察了一下我觉得是一个居民区吧，晚上很晚的时候回去也还是比较安全的，没出过什么事情，这个是最重要的。然后更好的是，酒店居然地铁站非常非常近，就走个平路一分钟就可以啦！在伦敦这样的大城市真的是非常重要了！ 然后房间虽小，但是五脏俱全，有空调，七七八八的设施都有，卫生间也是非常干净整洁的，服务人员也是很好的，24小时，很方便。唯一我们有一点不满意的是，把我们安排在了G层的房间，旁边就是大马路，稍微有一点吵吧，但是如果在分配房间的时候能够和前台人员说一下应该就不会分到窗口了。总体是相当推荐的！值得入住！”

“Good location and clean room”

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“Fantastic hotel which is in a great location, staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Bar closes quite early and it’s a bit pricey compared to other places but it’s very nice. Would definitely recommend.”

“While in London, I left a bag of medicine in the lobby. I called several times tipi the MAIN number and got dumped into voicemai every time! That’s preposterous for a hotel that charges so much and,frankly, sells itself as business friendly. Even the Chelsea football club stays there prior to matches. Even calls to room service are frequently never answered. I e been going there several times a year since the mid-90s. It has slid downhill from a true five star as an original Conrad Hilton……

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“Among 5 star hotels in London, the Dorchester miss surely be at the top. The staff are really remarkable. Professional and efficient of course, but also very warm and genuinely friendly. Everything else about the hotel - the facilities, the food, the location, etc., are simply exceptional.”
