The staff here in every department are attentive, friendly, lovely and can not do enough for you. The breakfast was incredible, delicious, fresh and ample. Our room was so comfortable, clean, spacious and the views are so beautiful. We stayed for 9 nights and we are looking to return next year for much longer. Treat yourself, you wont regret it."

The location is excellent—very central and convenient, especially being close to the beach and key attractions. The staff were incredibly kind, courteous, and always ready to help, which truly made our stay special. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. One of the highlights for us was the spa—it was absolutely excellent and a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the punctuality and efficiency in all their services, which made everything smooth and stress-free. "I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "
