Nice appartment - some issues
The decoration of entrance, staircase and also apartment is very dated is therefore very smelly, bad odor. Dishwasher needed a good clean and some extra cleaning runs, which we did. Some cupboard doors are almost falling off.
Unfortunately the refurbishment of the hotel opposite creates a lot of building noise, starting early, finishing late.
However, what I think is quite problematic is that the bar/restaurant downstairs organises parties and has a very loud clientele, talking loudly (and shouting) outside until the early morning (2 to 3 am). The building is not sound proofed, I can hear the music through the floor and hear the voices of people in the bar, in the apartment through the air vents.
The basics of the apartment are good and we had a nice time, in the evening, the living area is nice and cosy.
We enjoy Argentiere a lot and had maybe the best snow of the area - a full week of off piste and mogul skiing, which we like a lot.
