Located in the heart of Chamonix, this spacious, welcoming flat is perfect for a holiday with friends or family.
It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a lounge with 2 sofas, 1 of which converts into a sofa bed. You'll love the lovely BALCONY where you can relax after a day's walking and admire the magnificent view of Mont Blanc and the mountains.
In addition to all this, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Dishwasher, Lift, Coffee machine, Fridge, Heating, Hairdryer, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Fondue and raclette appliances.
There is no wifi box in the flat, but a very good 5G connection. The building offers a wifi connection but at a low speed if everyone uses it!
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining area.
The Chamonix train station is a 10-minute walk away, the ‘Aiguille du Midi’ stop is less than 5 minutes away on foot and the bus station is 1 minute away!
The bus station is a 2-minute walk away and will take you to all the ski areas.
The ‘O'shop’ ski hire shop is almost at the foot of the building and offers a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat.
On the same square, you'll find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a chemist, a tobacconist and a delicious bakery just 3 minutes from the flat!
The apartment is professionally cleaned before and after each trip.
You'll have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800 m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
