“We could not believe how quiet the property is (very little traffic on the road). It made for peaceful days/nights!”

“My husband, our 2 children and myself stayed at the property as part of our spring break. This place is awesome! This has got to be the most luxurious cabin we have ever stayed in. The pool/hot tub area was wonderfully maintained and the pool was warm upon our arrival. Plenty of firewood was provided and we used the indoor fireplace daily. Ample cooking supplies were provided, even skewers for smores which I had forgotten. The grounds and lake were expansive and private. Mr. and Mrs. Hockaday……

“A group of us went to celebrate a 40th birthday. This place was everything we were looking for. It was very secluded with no neighbors in sight! There were 11 of us and 2 dogs. We did a lot of fishing and paddle boarding (the boat and 2 paddle boards were provided at no extra cost!). Being from the city we all really enjoyed star gazing and we all saw shooting stars. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there was laundry on site. 10/10 would recommend staying here and we hope to……

“We had a great time! We went packed and ready for “glamming” trip and got just that! The property is beautiful including the creek that runs on the back side. Yes, we had to put water in the toilet tank because the pipes were frozen and yes we heated water on the stove for washing dishes but this place was just perfect despite those things. Will definitely return and recommend 100% if you want a peaceful, relaxing getaway!”

“Beautiful charming property. Wonderful communication with property management. Very clear instructions and directions which was much appreciated. Remote but a small town 10ish mins away if you need an essential. Docked pontoon waiting for you to captain yourself across the river to the island with the cabin on a hill. We loved the historic pictures on the fire place and learning about the property which is over 100 years old!!! We love history with our stays!!! The place was exactly as……

“We travelled to the area for my daughter's graduation from NMU. This property was a beautiful relaxation retreat from the busy happens of the weekend. Whether it was relaxing outside by the fire or hanging in the basement/game room, it was the perfect location away from all the people in town for the weekend. Check-in/check-out was seamless and communication was easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.”
