Great Place for the whole family!

We enjoyed our stay! Home was clean, had many amenities and also offers several sleeping arrangements and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Neighborhood is quiet and has a nice club house that offers different entertainment or if you want to get more sun at their pool and lazy River. Home/neighborhood is great for all ages!

Florida Trip

I hope to write something that might be beneficial. Aimy the property manager was awesome. Prompt and very clear on her communication. We have never stayed at Champions Gate before. There are a lot of amenities very close by (Target, Publix, Walgreens, fast food, and gas stations). The community is quiet and the gating system for entry and exit works great. The traffic getting from to and from Champions Gate to I4 is horrendous. During the morning commute to parks we would usually need to add 25 minutes just to get to I4 and heading to our locations. The same is at night, an extra 15 minutes to get back to Champions Gate even at 10 PM due to traffic, construction, and other events on the roads. The property itself is decent. On our arrival it was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Mold and mildew in the showers, TV cords hanging out of the wall, stained bedding and linens, and brand new towels that hadn't been washed. The walls are pretty dinged up and the carpet is need of replacement. All of the lights and fans are on 3-way switches and none of the bedrooms lights would come on until we made adjustments on the light itself to turn them on. I contacted Aimy and she immediately got to work to have her cleaners to the property to clean while we were gone the next day. After the cleaning it was much better but it still felt older, run down, and in need of an update. I won't anticipate a return trip.

Great stay!!!

Great stay!! Perfect for our lacrosse tournament at the Omni. Convenient location and plenty of space. Perfect for our group. Only improvement could be to leave instructions on how to warm the pool. Otherwise, fantastic!

Beautiful home me and my family enjoyed every second of our stay. Aimy is very good with keeping communication. I 100% recommended any one that is looking for a wonderful vacation spot this is it. We want to come back as soon as possible!!
