Great place for family!
We loved our stay at this condo. Very clean when we arrived and decorated nicely. The pool was such a wonderful addition for my 3 & 1 year old. Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!

Nice place tucked in the back
This condo is off Champion's Gate so it's back away from the main road of traffic which keeps the noise down. This is on the top floor, but the elevator was easy to access and never had to wait on it. This is located a moderate distance from Disney and can sometimes be a hassle to get to the parks because of all the traffic. Everything worked in the room which was nice because a lot of times I get to a room and there's always something that doesn't work, even if it's just a minor thing. Owner was nice and responsive so you can't go wrong with this place!

Disappointed the clubhouse was closed, The couch is worn and uncomfortable. There was no working oven for two months! You could walk to many restaurants.

Exactly what we were looking for
This property was just what we needed. We stayed at Disney for 5 nights, but wanted to stick around an extra night and not pay Disney prices. Very clean. Washer/dryer could use an update. It was very easy to check in and it was exactly as advertised. The King bed in the master is wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Very nice condo and would recommend to others.
This property was very nice and quiet. We loved the gated community and the homely feel to the place. The pool area was pleasant and beautifully presented. We enjoyed our stay in the condo as well. The owners decorated beautifully. We did wash the bed sheets when we arrived. We always do that. Two separate bedrooms with a kitchen and den area. Smart TV’s with many programs for viewing. Property owners had great communication as well as the property manager. We had to contact the property manager to make sure we were adjusting the air conditioner correctly and he answered on the first ring and was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property.

Three Weeks of Orlando
The condo we rented from a private owner in January was a very nice two bedroom with two bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with every appliance a person could want or need. The master suite was comfortable and had light darkening curtains which was a wonderful asset. However the guest bedroom needs a few updates immediately to be even considered accommodating. Both twin bed mattress springs make the most horrible noise when you sit on them let alone try to sleep on them, both bedspreads were stained and not sure when they were actually washed last and the window treatments are damaged with holes and won't open or close all of which make sleeping almost impossible in this second bedroom. Also the six towels and one kitchen towel need to be replaced as they are very worn and some are beginning to fall apart. As for the resort itself I was very disappointed as the pictures on the website are not what the resort amenities currently have. The outdoor restaurant and pool bar are not open and have not been in operations, according to the staff, for over three years. The pool was not heated as indicated so swimming was impossible and the spa (hot tub) was either not working or being held captive by unruly children so neither were used by us during our three week stay. We actually walked down the street and used the other resort (The Fountains) pool and spa instead. However if all you want is the place to be near all the Disney attractions for a couple days, this may the right place for you.

The property was accurately listed. We felt safe and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Disney was just a $20 Uber ride away. We enjoyed the gym and the pool area. The TVs were easy to use.

We flew from UK to Orlando on 16/11 21 and booked for 1 night as we didn’t want to drive for several hours to the gulf coast after a 9.5 hour flight. Mark the owner messaged me several times before we arrived making sure we had all the information we needed to get in the property and the complex. There were several eating places within a mile of the property and we enjoyed our stay.

Great short stay at a nice little condo
This was a last minute booking, and was exactly what we needed. We're a family of 4, so having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Mark was very communicative as well. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the condo as well.

The highlight of our vacation was the stay. I usually come in first to clean and wipe down before bringing items in. However, everything was super clean. All the needed appliances to cook a great meal. The property manager was super helpful and answer all questions. The best part of this condo was the location near all attractions. Highly recommended!!

This is my 2nd time staying in Mark’s Place. I must say that my spouse and I would not rent in any other place than this condo. The welcoming, accommodation and attention given to us is an understatement. I highly recommend it. If you are looking for a Peaceful environment to stay this is the place to stay. Julie and Luis

The house was nice and spacious not very clean, but clean I had to wipe down the bath tub again, it was very small strikes of dirt but nothing major. The only problem I had was there was no sponge to wash the dishes, and I requested a extra night because my flight was “delayed” due to expected weather at my landing location. The expected weather no longer was a issue and the flight was back to normal schedule and the host claimed he couldn’t refund me due to him “blocking” out the ONE date already. Sounds like a rip off to me. I called “Carlos” his number was left on a paper to contact if needed, but he said be couldn’t do anything Mark was the one who handled those type of situations and he told me Mark was good with these type of things and would refund me the $ but that wasn’t the case. The house gets really cold if the heat isn’t on during the winter months and the beds squeak loudly.

Hi Apologise about the sponge but as soon as you mentioned there was not one there we brought one immediately. Secondly our cancellation policy is strict which means no cancellations. You can't block the date, and on the very last day when you're suppose to leave you decide you no longer need the extra day. To an owner everyday blocked is revenue lost for the owner. You can't just decide on the last day you don't need the day and want a refund back. It's not fair to the owner or any other guest who wants to stay at the unit. We appreciate your feedback but unfortunately this review is ridiculous.

Convenient Location
This was an incredibly convenient location to Disney, restaurants, and my family. The pool was heated, which my daughter LOVED, and the patio was screened in an overlooked the nature preserve out back, which was really beautiful. My only complaints were that (1) the air seemed kind of stuffy when we walked in, so I checked the HVAC closet and saw that there was an incredibly thick layer of dust and debris on the filter; luckily they had clean ones to change it so I did, but it looked like their cleaning staff hadn't changed it in quite a while; and (2) there was only one partial roll of 1-ply toilet paper in each bathroom, so we had to replace the TP by day 2 or 3 of our 13 night stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we'd definitely come back. I just hope that their cleaning service checks the air filter more frequently.

Thankful for a great place
This condo was perfect for my family of 4. Clean bedding and clean showers and bathrooms are a top priority for me and they delivered. Besides that I enjoyed the way the home was decorated and my children enjoyed their bedroom with the roku. The kitchen had everything that I needed to cook for my family. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt like I was at home which is very important to me and my family when we are away. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t let the picture fool you
This is an eighties building, the apartment bath tub nasty, filthy, with sticky stuff from those slip proof mats. Hair and more hair in the tub and dog hair on sheets. Living room couch and chairs are ready for the dump. We came home early ,just gross.

Hi Kimberly, Though we respect all reviews and are always trying our best to improve, certain cristicism from some guest are just not true and retaliation to what actually happened. Kimberly was such a terrible guest that we had to claim her damage deposit which rarely happens. She let her dog pee in our home and towels which we had to throw away. Dog hair in our blankets that we also had to throw away. Secondly she smoked in our house which is our main house rule. We aren’t one to be extorted and if you treat our house with disrespect, we will also leave a review that Accurately depicts what type of guest you are. We appreciate all reviews and are always looking to improve but we will fight back against lies.

The property is exactly like the pictures. We were really impressed with how clean the condo was upon arrival. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The beds are comfortable. There’s cable TV and each bedroom has a Roku TV which was great for us. Two full bathrooms is also a really nice plus. I like that it was on the top floor in the back. We had a really quiet stay with little disruption. The pool was relaxing and a really nice size. There’s plenty of food choices right on the main road. The supermarket, pharmacy, and gas stations are all really convenient to the resort. The property manager answered all my questions before our stay and I really appreciated that he checked in with us midway through. I would stay here again and again. It was lovely. We can’t wait to return.

This place is amazing. Very clean and 15 minutes from Disney right off I-4. Grocery store and restaurant within 2 miles. Communication was awesome with Mark. We went there for sports tournaments for our kids, but would go back if going to Disney too. Close to all. Place was updated, clean, beds were comfy. Mark was excellent with communication and so was his property manager for a couple questions we had when we arrived. Myself and two friends were looking for somewhere to stay while visiting orlando for universal. We decided to check vrbo for a cheaper alternative than expensive hotels. We could not be more happy after selecting this condo! It was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and felt much more homey and provided us plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other after a long week. Instructions were clear for check in and check out and the hosts were very responsive in communication always checking that things went well. The location was awesome! We would definitely book again. Feel the unit needs more towels for kitchen and bathrooms, only 4 towels for 5 guests. Also the floors were not clean enough if you are asking guests to have shoes off in unit, maybe some rugs would make people more comfortable being bare footed in your unit.

Truly a blessing to find this home
We had a late cancellation from another host and we found this beautiful home from Mark! He is very accommodating and the home was so beautiful. Nicely decorated in a great area close to Disney with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. My kids loved the pool and the front desk answered all our questions. I will definitely book with Mark again with no hesitation

Overall okay, not for an extended stay
This condo would be better utilized for a short term stay (week or less) than we used it for. Common room furniture is not practical or comfortable for normal 'everyday' use. We utilized condo for an extended stay, and I can't recommend it for such. Additionally, property management (Tuscana) company is going thru a change; hopefully the facility services will improve. Fitness area is very 'tired'. Pool seems fine - restaurant/bar was closed early in our tenure and did not reopen during our extended stay.

Hi Joan Thanks for your comments but maybe our furniture is not for everyone. We try to furnish our homes modern and with some style but unfortunately i think you prefer the more 70 styles type of furniture. We apologise but we try our best but we know everyone has different styles. The property management did go through a change in management but has now been rectified. Unfortunately during changes somethings do get disorganized and miscommunicated. We apologise about that and appreciate your comments.
