“I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it.”

“Unfortunately, our room had several issues. There was a strong mildew smell. I couldn't pinpoint the source. AT first, I thought it might have been one of the air conditioners but later, I thought it may have been a symptom of one of the other issues. The refrigerator door did not seal and there was a large chunk of ice inside that was slowly melting and leaking onto the floor. They did replace the refrigerator when we let them know. The smell persisted but they said they couldn't move us……

“They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!”

“I was passing through, arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. This motel was good for that purpose. It's clean and well cared for, but it's an old motel used for 1 night stays while people are on the road passing through town. It was good for that and exactly what I expected. I'd recommend it if you want a clean motel for a fair price.”

“There were roaches in the room. The lock on the room door was broken. I couldn’t even stay there. I decided to sleep in my car”

“What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room.”

“We didn't use the amenities so it's not fair for us to evaluate it, but had to put something down, so we put it in the middle. We were only there to sleep at night. The room was clean. The only reason we don't give it a 5 Star for cleanliness is because it smelled musty like it had been closed up for several days without air conditioning. We get that they don't want to run the AC all the time, but it should have at least been turned on and turned down the morning of our arrival.”

“Room was ran down! Holes in the wall, sheets looked ragged. (2) TELEVISIONS ONE BROKEN AND ANOTHER PLACED INFRONT OF IT. THE BROKEN ONE STAYED LITE ALL NIGHT.. DOOR LOCL WAS BROKEN. THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF WAS RUDE AND BOTHERED BY ASKING FOR TOWELS THAT WERENT STAINED. (WTH). COURT YARD LOOKS AS IF ITS OUT OF A PRISON MOVIE.. THE SECURITY GUARD WALKS AROUND WITH A (BASEBALL BAT) IN HAND.. (FOR REAL).”

“The rooms were poor especially from a person who has allergies. The spell of mold hits you when you open the door, mold by the air conditioner and on the curtains, the toilet seat was loose. However the staff was so accommodating and every understanding. They took care of me right away.”
