“Few important things to know, the property is part of the hotel that is right in front of the apartment building. The employees are very nice you need to check in at the hotel and they will give you your key. We got early and they hold our luggage. Also in Zurich not all hotels have air conditioning but I think this is normal, know that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. “We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”
