"Your hotel is great. CDG airport is too spread out, too large and terrible for seniors with disabilities. Few people movers and long walks from gates. I’ll never use it again."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent."

"The food in the restaurant was undercooked well done hamburger that was supposed to be medium well was still raw in the Center….gross. The breakfast buffet food that was supposed to be hot was cold. No air movement in the rooms. Windows don’t open and AC isn’t turned on, so fans don’t even work."

"Loved the size and amenities of the room. Has a fridge with ice and enough kitchen supplies to eat a meal. Great location and loved that there were storage lockers to hold our bags until we could check in"

"We had a lovely few days break in Paris, helped in no small way by this wonderful little hotel. The room was perfect, and the staff were so nice and helpful. The location is great for restaurants and sightseeing in the immediate vicinity."
