"We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and linens fresh. The beds were comfortable and provided enough warmth. Check in was quick with staff friendly and professional. The bathroom was clean but a little wear and tear, but nothing that influenced our stay. It was incredibly quiet. We heard no one above or next to us. There was plenty of parking available. The breakfast was standard for this level of hotel and started at 7AM rather than most that start at 6AM. I did not use the pool or hot tub so can't speak to those. The only complaint was the blow dryer stopped working after a few minutes. Not sure if it needed cleaning out(dust). I tried resetting the auto-off button, unplugged/plugged back in and let it cool down, but it still wouldn't start up again."

"Was a beautiful stay rooms were clean fresh. The attendance were very friendly. The breakfast is in the morning were fabulous and I will go there again quiet, peaceful, and very enjoyable."

"The hotel is beautifully situated next to the lake, with unimpeded views to the north of the lake and islands. The balconies and breakfast areas look out on the lake and offer sublime views. The hotel itself is new, beautiful and well appointed; breakfast was great, my husband enjoyed the gym and our family liked the pool. The beds were comfortable. The floors of our room and bathroom were not clean; there were stains on the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and spatters by the bathroom mirror. From what we could tell the rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained, so maybe it was just our room that didn't get the same care? Anyway, we would probably stay again because of the beautiful room and view, taking a chance on housekeeping doing a better job next time."

"My wife and I were very happy with our stay. 4 nights. Many areas to go hiking. Very quite and peaceful. We were able to watch the Brewers beat the Dodgers in the first 3 games. Hope they finish them off. The only downside we had and it's not the fault of the host is the gas stations are quite a ways away. We brought our SXS and if I would have known I would have brought some extra gas. Everything from checkin to checkout was great."

"Clean, older motel with a great view and nice staff. View was outstanding! Also, compared to other hotels in area the price was pretty good. Breakfast was bare bones and the bathroom was clean but very small. Room set-up was kind of odd (2 rooms with 2 Q beds), but had to walk thru the 2nd bedroom to get to the bathroom. Definitely needs some modernization..plugs for computer/phone charging non-existant."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was just what we were looking for. A quiet place back in the woods. The host were helpful when problems arose and we wish we had more time to enjoy the view of the old out behind. Beautiful place."
