The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. 「It was at the end of the board walk so it was a little quiet, yet very close to walk to stores and activities. The property was clean. I wish there was someone at the front desk because we needed somethings but couldn't catch anyone at the front desk to ask. 」

「The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

「Our party stayed in a penthouse family size unit, however our party was not comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. One of the rooms should’ve had 2 fulls or 2 doubles as what was reflected in the pictures when we booked it, however we were given 2 twin beds. There was 5 adults and 5 children ranging in age of (5-12 years old). Sleeping was very tight and uncomfortable that involved mixing adults and the kids on the beds depending on similar body sizes.
