「Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim.
First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,...

「Overall very good. location very good.Safe neighborhood and price very good . Would stay there again but:Utensils not cleanTV in bedroom didn’t work and couldn’t get a response when we reported it.Very low hot water pressure.Floors could have been cleaner.Code getting in at the beginning was complicated with too many numbers at the main entrance but host responded and helped.Parking garage a real plus but very tightThese taken care of , would be 5 stars.」

「Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. 」

「The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered.
