「The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive. 」

「From our after midnight arrival to the manager who went out of his way to change us from one type of handicap access room to one that was better suited to my needs. This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. A rare find these days」

「This location was unusually nice. Yes, the rooms are above a pub, but it was very quiet, at least while we were there. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking is a bit of a walk, down the street at the local race track, which has a very secure locked gate to their lot. It was included in the price and wasn't an issue for us.
