First trip to Folly

Had a great time at Folly Beach! The condo was perfect for our family, perfect location to walk to shops and restaurants. Beautiful beach! Just a Short drive into Charleston to take a break from the sun for a day. Loved it and will definitely be back!

Great location. Walking distance to pier and shops. Condo was super clean and all of the beds were very comfortable. (Even the bunk beds had big twin mattresses and were nice) We had plenty of towels and it was well stocked.

Folly Fun!

This condo is in the perfect location! Walkable to restaurants and shops, right on the beach. It is well stocked, very clean and comfortable for the whole family. Easy check in check out and a very responsive property management company. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by hurricane Debby but we love Folly and will definitely be back!

Amazing Ocean Front Stay

This stay exceeded our expectations from the minute we walked into the condo. Amazing ocean view, complete with secure surrounding, pools, beach chairs and a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom unit. Nice stay!

Location and view of the ocean/beach was beautiful. We loved the large balcony. Our only complaints are the outside of the building needed some maintenance. The elevator that was closest to our condo was not working and it made it very difficult for our handicapped mother to get up and down the steps. Palmetto bugs (or roaches) were found in the kitchen.

Beach Front Haven

This condo is located right on the beach with terrific views of the ocean and pier and has a private balcony. It is in walking distance of the main restaurants/shops in Folly. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed - including beach chairs (a welcomed surprise). There was easy access to the beach via a private gate. I would highly recommend staying here. Another great family beach vacation.

This is probably the fifth or sixth time we’ve stayed at this condo. As always, the property was very clean, well supplied, and we naturally enjoyed the proximity to the beach and pool as well as the ocean views from the balcony. The only suggestions I’d make would be to put a snug in the master bath for the hairdryer, and also provide either a table or box fan for the front bedroom as it gets pretty warm in there even with the air conditioning running. Thank you for another wonderful experience as a family!

We have always enjoyed staying at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas and this past week did not disappoint… beautiful accommodations, perfect location to great restaurants, great pools and the icing on the cake was having great ocean views and waking up to beautiful sun rises over the ocean each morning.

Another fantastic family beach vacation!

This is our second stay in this unit. Clean, close to everything, and oceanfront! We ranged from 80 to 6 years in age and all had a wonderful time. So sad to leave!
