Nice and comfortable place to stay

Very comfortable and spacious place to stay. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. Just know it’s a fairly busy area and can be a bit loud outside at night. Great cafe next door, easy walk to many bars and restaurants.

This house is exactly as described. Great location. We walked to everything. Parking for 3 cars. Plenty of room to hang out. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and house was clean & neat. Loved being able to walk over a few steps and get the best coffee from Island Provisions. My friends who slept upstairs heard some street noise during the night but the two of us downstairs slept like babies.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The great location, nice space with 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 parking spaces & high chair worked well for our family to stay together on our vacation to Charleston. Very comfortable beds & linens. Convenient to nearby coffee shop & local pizza place. Host was very responsive to my questions & needs! We would stay there again!

Easter Family Fun

We had our two sons and their wives, along with our 7 month old grandson with us. It was a beautiful home with parking for up to three cars, which was nice when our daughter and her boyfriend visited. It was perfect to be right next door to Island Provisions for morning coffees and pastries. It was a very walkable location. The trash trucks and nearby bar could make things a little noisy at times, but all the rooms had sound machines, so it was never an issue. We had a great family vacation and made lots of memories there. We'd defintely stay here again.

Weekend in Charleston

We had an excellent experience with this property. We were 5 adults and my Golden Retriever. There was enough bedrooms and space for all of us. Everything was clean. The location is awesome. You can walk to all the restaurants and stores in Charleston. We had to travel Mount Pleasant and it is super convenient for this as well. The team is super responsive and answers your questions and needs immediately We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Great house, great owners, great vacation!

We had to change our vacation plans last minute because a member of our family got covid. We found this location last minute and it was available, the renters were very accommodating for our last minute rental and even were accommodating when we had to extend our stay for an extra day. The check in process was super easy and they communicated with us throughout the whole process, answered any questions we had and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our experience and would rent with them again. Thanks for the great time.

St Philip Street House-Charleston

House is quaint and just like photos. Upstairs rear bedroom warm due to high outside temps-should have portable fan for each bedroom, thank goodness I brought 1extra. Noise issue 1 night from dive bar next door rectified for remainder of stay after I called YOURPAD. Island Provisions next door was convenient. Liked having gate in driveway for added car security/privacy. Host is quick to return phone calls which we appreciated.

We had a fabulous stay in Charleston! We were a party of 7 adults and had plenty of room. We cooked, played games, watched movies, and of course saw all the sights! We had a great stay at this house. The location is perfect for walking around and exploring Charleston. There was enough room for multiple cars for parking but we barely used them! Communication was wonderful and prompt and we will definitely be back!

Family Trip to Charleston

Great location and plenty of room for our family of four to stay for the week. The backyard area was cozy and the beds were comfortable (more than most VRBOs). We loved the pizza place, Island Provisions, and Browns Court bakery all just a few steps from the front door.

Family Favorite!!
