The beds are very comfortable! Staff is great and very helpful and friendly. Patty at the front desk was helpful and very friendly! I would not do breakfast there again, the staff was good but the food was sub-par and the 6.00 cappuccino wasn’t drinkable. We will be back!

The hotel was good and clean, staff was really nice and they had a restaurant downstairs. The pool was very small, not worth if you want a hotel with a pool for kids, this is not the one. I like the fact that they have a shuttle to take you down to Charleston downtown, that was a nice service :)

The front desk staff was amazing I booked a room with a King bed and ended up with 2 queens. It was a terrible mattress with terrible pillows. I was charged for breakfast when I had already paid for breakfast when I booked. The ceiling was dripping into the dining area… The pool maybe would fit 10 people max. For the price I expected better I guess

Floor in the suite was greasy and slippery. We asked house keeping to mop, they did, it was still slippery. Shower is poorly designed and floods bathroom with water running down the doors. Pool was very dirty, even after cleaning. The staff was helpful and responsive to our complaints.
