Welcome to Fire Tower! Built in 2023, these 2 story King Street condos offer modern amenities within walking distance of some of Charleston’s best restaurants and shops, featuring 2 queen bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, spiral staircase, and a spacious shared terrace just outside your door. In addition to off-street parking, guests have access to Fire Tower’s rooftop, perfect for unwinding with stunning views and enjoying all Charleston has to offer!
The Space:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + TV
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + TV
1 off-street parking space is offered at no cost.
Included amenities:
- Drip coffee machine with ground coffee
- Travel size shampoo, conditioner, and soap
- Bed linens, washcloths and bath towels
- Kitchens are stocked with silverware, dishware, glassware, and pots & pans.
- Garment steamer, sound machines, and hair dryer
- Pack n’ Play and highchair (available upon request)
*PLEASE NOTE* this property is located ON King Street, therefore street and city noise can be expected. There are stairs to access the main unit, but if anyone in your group has mobility issues we also have access to elevator in the main Fire Tower building.

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Babas on Cannon, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
