An ideal, charming space for a summer vacation, a winter escape, or short-term housing for a long-term relocation, this two-bedroom home will place you within easy striking distance of the very best of Charleston. Here in the North Central neighborhood, mere blocks from Hampton Park, you'll come home from your daily excursions to be greeted by double front porches, colorful decor, and a full-size washer/dryer to refresh your clothes before dinner. Step into the kitchen, complete with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, to fix a few homemade appetizers, and enjoy the golden hour light with a glass of wine outside on the landscaped garden patio.

This home is located on a quiet street in the North Central neighborhood of Charleston, less than a block off King Street. If you follow King Street south, you'll come to the heart of historic Charleston, the College of Charleston (both are just over a mile south), a collection of renowned restaurants that include The Ordinary and Husk, and The Battery on the water (three miles south). You'll also enjoy wonderful access to beautiful Hampton Park (two blocks west), Rutledge Avenue, I-26, and several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.
