The luxurious master suite offers an ensuite wet bar/ coffee station, memory foam king bed, large closet and sliding glass door to the back deck. The stunning master bathroom is ordained with marble vanity top, massive shower with rain shower head, wand, and marble corner bench. The 2 nicely decorated guest bedrooms both offer memory foam queen beds, Smart TVs and spacious closets. The full hall bath offers a tub with tile surround, tiled bath floors and linen closet. The study located between the master suite and dining room includes a desk and small couch with twin pullout bed. This room can be closed off from the main living area to provide an additional sleeping quarters. The private back deck has a cafe table for enjoying morning coffee or a meal. The large laundry room offers washer and dryer, tile floors, additional storage and access to the back deck and backyard. The driveway has ample parking for 5 cars. Built in the 1940s on what was once a thriving indigo plantation, Riverland Terrace inherited the plantation's stately Avenue of Oaks, now framing Wappoo Drive. The neighborhood is bordered by the Stono River and Wappoo Cut waterways and boasts a waterfront playground, free public boat landing, municipal golf course, a retro movie theater, hip music venue and a number of well-reviewed restaurants. All within walking distance!
Getting Around:
Riverland Terrace is centrally located 9 miles from Folly Beach and less than 5 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and affordable.

We make it easy and secure for guests to check in with a personalized check-in code for the smart lock on the front door.

Please note that the fireplace is inoperable.

***We have implemented COVID-19 protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guest. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned between each guest using CDC recommended cleaning products and procedures. In addition, the unit is equipped with cleaning supplies so guest can routinely clean frequently touched spaces throughout their stay. This is a self-check in unit so there is no need for guest/host interaction unless requested. If guest/host interaction is required, we will follow social distancing guidelines to the best of our ability.
