    The Inn at 257 is located in the beautiful Elliotborough neighborhood. You will be FOUR short blocks from King Street. We recommend you leave your car parked in our lot and enjoy the city on foot, bicycle, or the ever convenient Uber and Lyft.

    THIS SUITE IS BEST FOR A SHORT STAY!

    ***PLEASE SEE SPIRAL STAIRCASE!!!

    ***You MUST be able to climb stairs to access this suite!

    The Space:

    There is a microwave and mini fridge included for this suite.

    If you've never used a wet room before, you're in for a treat! The sleek and modern bathroom has teak mats so you can comfortably use the open space at all times.

Our stay was clean and easy. The mini suite was perfect for walking around downtown Charleston and it was easy to communicate with our host. Could not recommend this enough for anybody who’s looking for a getaway to Charleston.

We had a great experience here, the renal property was in a great location! Walkable to just about everything you’d want to do in downtown Charleston. There was a bottle of wine and snacks and K-cups which was such a nice touch Host was very responsive as well!

I had an amazing stay at this VRBO. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, which made it feel very welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect, close to all the main attractions. Plus, the communication with the owner was top-notch, always prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed. The host was waiting outside in the rain for us to arrive and we were 30 minutes late due to heavy rain and flooding. Very hospitable. The room was very nice and the bed was super comfy. Enjoyed my stay.

It's all in the little details! It is a super cozy room but has everything you could possibly need and extremely clean and smelled so good.The host is very welcoming and kind. We had a very lovely stay and the room was so comfortable and was perfect for our needs. Everything is in walking distance from this location and we took full advantage of it! We will definitely visit Charleston again most definitely will stay here at 257 Rutledge Inn!

Very clean, quiet room. Very well thought out, lots of nice touches. The pool area was adorable and a very nice perk. Love that chairs were provided for outdoor seating. Hosts were very accommodating and they made sure we were comfortable. If in the area we would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect and comfortable place to stay while visiting Charleston. Many places to visit within walking distance and others a short ride away. Off street parking was a plus. Great little spot for a weekend !

This mini suite was exactly as described. Bed was comfy, the bathroom was roomy, and the shower was amazing. Close to cute restaurants and a very short walk or drive to downtown.

Fabulous Charleston stay

We were so pleased with our stay this past weekend! It was a lovely, comfortable, clean room locally situated to lots of activities. Excellent Accommodation!

The room was extremely clean and comfy. Much nicer than any hotel room. Bed was very comfy. Shower was wonderful. The room offered every necessary amenity. Courtney, the host was so sweet and always helpful.
