「The floater in the toilet tank was broken. The floater in the water tank does not work; therefore, causing the water to drain non-stop into the overflow pipe.
This appears to be an known issue as the water was shut off and needed to be manually turned on for the toilet to flush ,,, it was not never fixed.」
