Welcome to Seacoast Villa 4! This ocean view villa sleeps 6 and offers gorgeous, unobstructed views. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset from this condo. The unbeatable location is across the street from the ocean, and just 1.5 blocks to downtown Folly Beach, with all the cozy shops and restaurants.
This villa features an open floor plan that includes kitchen, dining room and cozy living room with plenty of sitting space for entertainment. The living room opens to ocean view balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 and there are additional 5 bar stools around the kitchen bar. The Main Bedroom offers a private access to the balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom offers access to a private full bathroom and closet.

Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. Free parking is available with one spot under the building an open parking in the lot. Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. An elevator available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. This property is located near Downtown Folly Beach, close to all of the restaurants and nightlife. Normally quiet hours start at 10pm, but are extended to 11pm on weekends.

The condo is in a perfect location. Close to town (3 blocks) and we had a beautiful ocean sunrise every morning. The place is big with comforts of a bathroom for each bedroom. Beach was a short walk across the side road. Management was very responsive. The place was clean. I would definitely re-book this condo.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is well laid out and well equipped. The view of the beach is wonderful and there is easy beach access. A great location for walking to a restaurants and coffeehouses. We went in December so didn't use the deck, but it has plenty of seating for warmer days.

Great location and very clean. Everything was as stated in the listing. Only complaint is you can hear everything from the condo next door and upstairs. Felt like they were in the next room.
Great location and beautiful ocean view! We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was spacious and was well stocked even providing beach chairs and umbrellas. We had plenty of seating on the porch for morning coffee and breakfast. We enjoyed walking to dinner every night and the beach access was very close to the condo. Thank you!
This condo was beyond clean and was the perfect location! Downtown was walking distance and Charleston was 20 minute drive. This view from the condo is unbeatable! We will definitely be returning :)
Fantastic property! The location was perfect - just a short walk to both the beach and Center Street. The ocean view was beautiful and the condo was as described. We had a great time and would stay here again.
One note - consider parking in the small lot in front of the condos if you have a SUV or larger vehicle. Parking space #4 is tight underneath.
My son moved to Charleston in June. We were visiting him for Thanksgiving. The condo was spacious and in a great location. I would definitely rent it again.

Great location but condo needs some TLC
The staff is wonderful!!! Location is fabulous!!! The condo itself had mold all over and smelled like mold and musty. The kitchen lacks general cooking utensils. The staff was great though, sent a wonderful gentleman to tidy things up. We would stay here again but I do hope the owners tend to the molding issue.
Check-in process and communication were perhaps the best I’ve experienced thru VRBO…and we’ve rented many.
Great view of ocean from the balcony and the living room…saw dolphins every day. The location is just a few blocks from the pier as well as Center street. With the bars, restaurants and shops so close, we didn’t need a car…saved money and took an Uber to/from airport.
Condo super clean and well equipped. We didn’t cook, but had we chosen to, everything is there. Nice to have all the basic supplies in kitchen and bathrooms so we didn’t have to run out to the store the minute we arrived (as can be the case with some rentals).
I would definitely recommend this condo and especially the management group handling the property.

Some items were not maintained (broken chair and missing balcony light) we reported that to property manager.
Seems like the dining table just received a finish paint and still wet as our bowls/plates got stuck to it after sitting on the table for a few minutes.
Washer and dry appeared new, but took several hours to wash and dry. Recommend the owner replace these so call "energy efficient" units with a traditional washer and dry so guests can wash/dry their clothes within a couple hours and not 5 to 7 hours for each load.
We stayed here Sunday- Tuesday. The location is ideal. Short distance to restaurants and the beach. The view is beautiful. The 3rd bedroom is a little cluttered with too much furniture but the condo is very clean.
The washer leaked when we used it the first time resulting in the property manager quickly getting a repair person to look at it. But we were unable to use it the rest of the trip. The condos next door were being painted and for most of our visit we couldnt stay outside due to the overspray from the pressure washing and noise from equipment. They worked sun up to sun down and also Saturday until the town shut them down for not having a work permit at all with folly beach. We also had some poltergeist activity. 👻 A few times things like bottle caps went flying off the coffee table and landed 20 feet towards the kitchen. No doors were open, no fan was on, no windows open. Idk it was definitely a moment to remember. Overall the location is great. It would have been ideal if the washer worked and we could use outside more. But the ghost I'm unsure if thats fixable.

Great Location for Our Family Vacation
My Ocean Rental was awesome to work with. We had to make a date and location change for our trip due to COVID and they were very accommodating. This condo is in an excellent location. Awesome view of the ocean and nice balcony to sit out and enjoy it. However, the sliding door was extremely difficult to open and we had to call maintenance to try to fix it. Charlie was there very quickly and did his best to fix the problem as best he could. Thankfully, it was a little bit easier to open and close the sliding door for a few days. The elevator was plus. The condo is walking distance to restaurants and shopping area. Our parking spot was extremely hard to get in and in fact we scraped the side of our truck on the cement pole trying to park in it. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean with the exception of the kitchen. Beautiful granite counter tops but they need to update the cookware. A couple pots were okay, but the others were disgusting. We wouldn't even use them which limited our cooking. The glass stove top was dirty and there was nothing available to clean it with. Bathrooms were clean and great for each bedroom to have their own bath. It was a very nice place to stay, but updating the kitchen ware would really make a difference. I would rent again, but bring my own cookware.
