The home features two fully equipped kitchens, each with brand-new appliances, modern cabinetry, and everything needed for cooking and entertaining, including dishes, glassware, and cookware. Both levels offer inviting living areas with dining tables seating 4–6 guests, comfortable queen-size pullout sofas, and flat-screen TVs, ideal for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying meals together.

Sleeping accommodations are generous and well-appointed. On the first level, you’ll find four bedrooms with one king bed and three queen beds. The second level includes four additional bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, and a bunk room featuring a double-over-full bed. All bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and their own flat-screen TVs, offering privacy and comfort for every guest.

Each of the eight full bathrooms is finished with custom tile, walk-in stall showers, plush towels, and hotel-style toiletries for a spa-like experience. Outside, enjoy two charming porches with seating and a private, walled backyard with beautiful landscaping, a rare downtown retreat.
