Rooms are always clean and well maintained, the breakfast is great. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. They even remember us when we come back which makes coming to The Palms feel like home. We love this place and have been staying here since 2017! So many nice stores, restaurants and continently located close to anything else you’d need! Highly recommend if you want to have an amazing time while in IOP! ❤️

Pros: room was clean and housekeeping was great. Good location, close to local eateries, stores and beach. Continental breakfast was ok, not great. Cons: door stuck, didn’t open or close well.
