Excellent relaxing location, right on the beach. We had an ocean front view from our balcony. Sat on the beach each morning drinking coffee, and sat on the beach right at dusk drinking wine...the good life!!! Great restaurants, ice cream shop, and bars. Small private community. Highly recommend.

Mixed feelings on this hotel. Excellent location with a great beach and pool at your disposal. The room was just very dated and dirty. Clean bathroom and bedding but the baseboards where covered in thick dust and the room should have been repainted years ago.

Clean room, clean bed to sleep on. Quiet with the interior room we had. I love the quick access to the beach and the short walk to the IOP Park for the kids. Breakfast was more grab an go option but did have pancakes. I would have liked more hot breakfast options at the hotel but there were additional breakfast options at the restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay!

The cleaning staff went above and beyond to help me find a door dash delivery that had been mistaken for trash. The delivery guy left it right next to a pile of dirty linens so of course it looked like trash. The bag was found!

Floor had sand and change on it when we checked in. The small pool was like a hot tub, no cooler on it, too hot to use. Breakfast offered bagel, cereal, yogurt, and juice only. A/C was good. Location good, walk to beach/bar/restaurants. Parking under hotel tight. Parking across street available uncovered. Bathroom so tight, that the door is right in knee space of toilet. Beds were comfortable. One elevator. Rental chairs & umbrella available on the beach. Room doors are outside, hallway hot in summer. Check in is upstairs upon arrival.

Room was clean. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Beach view was great. Balcony had the ocean view. Parking garage needed some work. Overall very nice stay with staff being an integral part of that. Room prices were a little high. Parking and beach amenities were not included. Bring extra cash.
